Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the ElevenEdge team ("we", "us") governing your use of ElevenEdge (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.

This is a good-faith template covering the current Service. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed by a qualified solicitor before a public launch.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for children preparing for 11+ entrance exams and their parents or guardians. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these terms and supervise your use. By signing a child up, a parent/guardian confirms they consent to the child using the Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

  • Provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must verify your email address before you can use the practice features.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, redistribute or resell the questions or any other content;
  • attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • use the Service to harass other users or to submit unlawful or offensive content;
  • create accounts by automated means or impersonate others.

4. Content and intellectual property

The application software is owned by us (or licensed to us). The practice questions are the property of their respective owners and are used for private, personal study only — see our Copyright notice. Nothing here transfers any rights in that content to you.

5. No guarantee of results

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep questions accurate and the Service available, but we do not guarantee exam outcomes, uninterrupted access, or that every question or answer is error-free.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are not currently sold through the Service. If we introduce them, the price, billing terms and cancellation rights will be shown before you pay and added to these terms.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy, which permanently erases your personal data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, aim to notify signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
