1. About this page

ElevenEdge is an online educational platform providing 11+ mathematics practice, explanations, assessments and progress-tracking tools.

2. Ownership of ElevenEdge content

Unless we state otherwise, the content and materials available through ElevenEdge are owned by, or licensed to, the operator of ElevenEdge. This includes, without limitation:

  • practice questions and assessments;
  • worked answers, explanations and teaching notes;
  • worksheets and downloadable materials;
  • topic structures, question classifications and learning pathways;
  • website text, graphics, illustrations and page designs;
  • progress reports, scoring systems and presentation of results;
  • the ElevenEdge name, logo and branding;
  • software, source code and platform functionality; and
  • the selection, arrangement and organisation of the question database.

These materials are protected by copyright, database rights, trade mark law and other applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Educational questions and exam-style content

ElevenEdge questions are designed to practise skills commonly tested in Key Stage 2 and 11+ entrance examinations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ElevenEdge questions, answers and explanations are independently created by ElevenEdge or are used with the appropriate permission or licence.

ElevenEdge may refer to examination formats, curriculum topics, schools, publishers or assessment providers to help parents understand the type of preparation offered. Any such reference is descriptive only.

ElevenEdge is an independent service. It is not approved, sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with GL Assessment, CGP, PiAcademy, any grammar school, examination board or other third-party educational organisation unless we expressly state otherwise.

All third-party names, trade marks and logos belong to their respective owners.

4. Permitted personal use

A valid ElevenEdge account gives the account holder and their child a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform for private educational purposes. You may:

  • view and answer questions through the platform;
  • allow a child linked to your account to use the learning materials;
  • download or print worksheets where a download or printing feature is provided; and
  • keep those downloaded materials for personal use within your household.

Your subscription or account does not transfer ownership of any ElevenEdge content to you.

5. Uses that are not permitted

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • copy or reproduce substantial parts of the question bank;
  • photograph, record or capture questions for redistribution;
  • share paid content outside your household;
  • upload ElevenEdge content to another website, app or learning platform;
  • sell, license, publish or commercially distribute ElevenEdge materials;
  • use ElevenEdge materials as part of a paid tutoring service;
  • create competing worksheets, courses, question banks or products from our content;
  • scrape, crawl, extract or bulk-download content or data;
  • use automated software, bots or scripts to access the platform;
  • use ElevenEdge content to train, test or develop an artificial intelligence system;
  • remove copyright notices, branding or ownership information;
  • reverse-engineer or attempt to copy the platform’s software or scoring systems; or
  • help another person carry out any of the above activities.

Reasonable screenshots may be taken when contacting ElevenEdge to report a technical problem or an incorrect question.

6. Tutors, schools and educational organisations

A household subscription is intended for one family and may not be used to provide teaching or tutoring services to multiple unrelated children.

Tutors, schools, tuition centres and other organisations must obtain written permission or an appropriate commercial licence before using ElevenEdge materials with students.

7. Suggestions and feedback

We welcome feedback, corrections and suggestions.

When you send us feedback, you give ElevenEdge permission to use it to improve the platform, questions and explanations. You continue to own any original material you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free and permanent licence to use, adapt and incorporate your feedback into ElevenEdge.

Do not submit questions, explanations or other materials copied from a third party unless you have permission to do so.

8. Reporting copyright concerns

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that material available through ElevenEdge infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please email muthu@vestaconsulting.co.uk and provide:

  • your name and contact details;
  • details of the work you believe is protected;
  • the location of the material on ElevenEdge;
  • an explanation of why you believe it infringes your rights; and
  • evidence that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.

We will review reasonable reports and may remove or restrict access to disputed material while the matter is investigated.

9. Enforcement

Unauthorised copying, scraping, redistribution or commercial use of ElevenEdge materials may result in:

  • suspension or closure of the relevant account;
  • removal of access to ElevenEdge;
  • a request to remove or destroy copied materials; and
  • legal action where appropriate.

Nothing on this page limits any rights or remedies available to ElevenEdge under applicable law.
