We take intellectual-property rights seriously. Here is exactly where the practice questions come from and how they may be used.

Important: the practice questions are third-party copyrighted material. This build is licensed for private, personal study only and must not be published or distributed publicly without the rights holders’ permission.

The app vs. the questions

The ElevenEdge software is our own work. The practice questions are separate: they are drawn from published 11+ papers that remain the copyright of their publishers and are included here for a family’s own tutoring use.

Question sources

Questions and answers are derived from materials © their respective owners:

GL Assessment — GL familiarisation & sample 11+ papers.
CGP Books — CGP GL-style sample test.
Merchant Taylors' School / PiAcademy — independent-school specimen paper.

Permitted use

Private, personal practice by a student and their family.
No copying, scraping, redistribution, resale, or public hosting of the questions.

Before any public launch

A publicly available version must replace this bank with questions you own or have licensed — either original questions written for ElevenEdge, or content covered by an agreement with the rights holders. The app code is shareable; the bundled questions are not. As a safeguard, this deployment runs in PUBLIC mode (set via NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_MODE).
