Cookie Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

ElevenEdge uses the smallest possible set of cookies and browser storage. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies.

The one cookie we set

  • ep_session — a strictly-necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. It holds a random session token (not your details), is httpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and is cleared when you log out. Without it, you could not stay logged in.

Local browser storage

These are stored in your browser, not sent to us, and are not tracking:

  • theme — remembers your light/dark preference.
  • cookie-consent — remembers that you’ve seen this notice, so we don’t show it again.

Do you need to consent?

The session cookie is “strictly necessary”, so under UK PECR it does not require opt-in consent — but we still tell you about it via the banner. We would only add analytics or other non-essential cookies with your explicit opt-in, and this page would be updated first.

Controlling cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will stop you from logging in. Clearing local storage simply resets your theme preference and re-shows the notice.
